Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Liability

Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns work at Rovin.
30-day returns
You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start a return, email support@rovinpartners.com with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo if possible. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Processing
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected, normally within 5 business days. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.

Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, and free on orders of $50 or more.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you the tracking details where available.
